Volunteer Director
We are now hiring Volunteer Directors for 2026 and 2027 and have multiple positions open in Ecuador.
Couples of any age (18+) are welcome to apply.
Spanish is required for at least one Volunteer Director.
Cuenca, Ecuador
March 2026 - August 2026
January 2027 - December 2027
Quito, Ecuador
February 2027 - December 2027
(Dates above are the recommended length of time, but applicants may serve for anywhere between 4-12 months).
Intern
OSSO accepts interns from a variety of majors and studies! Internships may be completed remotely or in Ecuador (simultaneously while volunteering).
We especially encourage those with backgrounds in the following fields to apply:

Photography & Videography (Ecuador only)
Social Media Marketing & Content Creation (Ecuador only)
Please be aware all internship positions are unpaid. Volunteer program costs will apply if your internship is completed in Ecuador.
